Quality Management

As a global service provider, the Energy Cranes International group is committed to meeting or exceeding the most rigorous demands of the world's quality standards. The company operates to one global quality standard - our own - but ensures that the provisions of this standard comply with the requirements of every country and industry sector in which we operate.

Our objective is to meet and exceed customer expectations on quality of service and to build a 'learning organisation' which ensures consistency, captures experience, incorporates improvements, and shares knowledge across our operations.

ISO 9001-2000: our certification to ISO 9001 (covered by BSI FS 13820) formally extends to the UK only, however the quality management system which earned this accreditation is applied by the company world wide.

API Q1, 7th Edition, licence 2C-0072: this accreditation covers the design and manufacture of API monogrammed cranes at our Houston Manufacturing Center in Texas, USA.
