Lifting and Design Services

Equipment and modules require to be handled in many phases of their life – during installation, maintenance or decommissioning. Complex lifting plans involving temporary frames/runways and techniques such as skidding, jacking are inevitable, and can only safely be undertaken by specialists at the forefront of mechanical handling engineering and practices (for example, as expressed in LOLER).

Energy Cranes engineering design teams combine the professional skills and the wealth of experience, combined with use of the latest design and modelling software (such as FS200, Inventor and Ansys Workbench) to develop, test and implement lifting solutions to the mechanical handling challenges set out by the industry.

Following design, any customised structural items involved are fabricated at our onshore facilities before mobilisation under the leadership of qualified project engineers and experienced rigging teams to deliver the offshore implementation.

Your lifting project – every lifting project – is unique: likewise, our lifting solution will be unique, but designed to deliver the simplest, safest and most cost effective outcome.
